SFC-Licensed (R.O.) Responsible Officer (Type 9)

 

Responsibilities::

• Strategize, supervise and implement Company’s fund business
• Setup, plan and manage private equity or other fund structures
• Managing portfolio, conduct research analysis to support portfolio investment decisions

 

Requirements :

 

• Bachelor degree in Business or related disciplines;
• Current SFC Type 9 R.O. License holder with minimum 2 - 3 years of supervisory experience in brokerage firm is highly preferred (Well experienced representative who is qualified to be applied for the R.O. will also be considered);
• Strong business strategy sense with risk management mindset & skills, in-depth knowledge of Securities & Asset Management industries;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and Putonghua
